There are many different paths you can take to increasing your level of fitness, but few encompass the variety of movements and physical tasks as CrossFit.

Whether you are a mountain climber, rugby player, multi-sport enthusiast or just somebody looking to increase their general level of fitness, it can be hard to find a single programme which meets all of your requirements.

Participants in CrossFit are encouraged to develop their ability in a number of key areas such as weight-lifting, gymastics, running , nutrition and balance. These disciplines combined with the close guidance of experienced coaches, helps participants to realise their potential as fully rounded athletes and reap the greatest return for the time which they invest.

If you are looking for a programme which will provide you with a combination of explosive power and stamina then we would recommend exploring the CrossFit philosophy further.

CrossFit Ireland are located in Tallaght, Dublin - and run sessions throughout the day, catering for people of all abilities from beginners to seasoned athletes.
